We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Payment term: 2% 10 net 30 (Credit application required)
    If the bill is paid within 10 days, there is a 2% discount. Otherwise, the total amount is due within 30 days.

ORDER PROCESSING


You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your order.  

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication.Once inventory availability is confirmed, and the payment or credit application is processed successfully, orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days Monday to Friday. 

Applicable taxes and shipping fees are added to the invoice.

During peak seasons, additional processing time may be required.

 

LEAD TIME


Standard lead time: 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Default carrier service: Canada Post Expedited Parcel

During peak seasons, additional handling time may be required.

Please contact seller if you require express shipping.

* Please note that customers outside of Canada may be subject to Customs Duty and/or Tax charges upon receiving the shipment.

ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION


Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with shipment confirmation. Just click on View your order to take you to the order summary, where you will find your tracking number. Click on the tracking number, and it will take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.

You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your account using your e-mail address and password, then click on My Account near the top right corner. Click on the order number to view order details and status. The tracking number will appear under Fulfillment Status. Click on the link to get the tracking information for your order.

Please note orders of high value require a signature upon delivery.


We ship merchandise ordered on JYSenterprise.com to all Canadian provinces and territories, and the USA.


You may only ship to one address per order.  If you would like to order for multiple locations, simply make the orders separately.


Changed your mind? It's okay. Things happen. We’ll do our best to help. Get your Business Name, Order number, and Invoice number ready, and contact us as soon as possible to avoid any shipment cancellation charges.

We are committed in supplying premium quality merchandise, but some defects are inevitable. It is easy to claim them.

  1. Within 6 months of the shipping date: contact our customer service with your Business Name, Order number, Invoice number, defected item style number, and clear pictures showing the defected product.
    After 6 months: feel free to contact us if you have a reasonable claim. We will evaluate the case, and try our best to help.

  1. Upon receiving the claim, we will email you a credit memo for the defected item within 1 - 3 business days.
  2. If the invoice has already been paid, no refund will be issued. You may retain the credit memo for your next purchase order with us.
    If the invoice has not been paid, you may apply this credit amount to your original invoice, and pay the balance.
  3. Discard or donate the defected item.

Wholesale sales tax is calculated based on the laws of the Canadian province or territory to which you are shipping your order. There is no PST on JYSENTERPRISE.COM. Typically, sales tax displayed during checkout is estimated until the order has shipped.

All orders are shipped from Canada.  You may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery for orders shipped to US and anywhere outside Canada.


You must be a registered customer on JYSenterprise.com to access your order history. Order history displayed in your online account includes only those purchases made after establishing an account.


WEBSITE USAGE


By creating a business account on JYSENTERPRISE.COM, you will have access to all of our collections and special offers in wholesale costs.

Please note that it takes up to 2 - 3 business days to process and approve your access request.

Once your account is successfully approved, you will receive an email confirmation. You can then login to the J.Y.S. Enterprise wholesale website with your email and password to get full access.

If you have forgotten your JYSENTERPRISE.COM account password, please click on the Forgot Your Password link during the sign-in process. You will be instructed to reset your password via email.
