Shipping Minimum


The shipping minimum is CAD $300 before taxes on assorted merchandise.

 

Order Processing


You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your order.  

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication.Once inventory availability is confirmed, and the payment or credit application is processed successfully, orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days Monday to Friday. 

Applicable taxes and shipping fees are added to the invoice.

During peak seasons, additional processing time may be required.

 

Lead Time


Standard lead time: 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Default carrier service: Canada Post Expedited Parcel

During peak seasons, additional handling time may be required.

Please contact seller if you require express shipping.

* Please note that customers outside of Canada may be subject to Customs Duty and/or Tax charges upon receiving the shipment.

Shipping to Remote Areas


For orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations considered "beyond points", please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

 

Shipping To Multiple Addresses


You may only ship to one address per order.  If you would like to order for multiple locations, simply make the orders separately.

 

Order Tracking Information


Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with shipment confirmation. Just click on View your order to take you to the order summary, where you will find your tracking number. Click on the tracking number, and it will take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.

You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your account using your e-mail address and password, then click on My Account near the top right corner. Click on the order number to view order details and status. The tracking number will appear under Fulfillment Status. Click on the link to get the tracking information for your order.

Please note all orders require a signature upon delivery.
